General Home Inspections
Buyer’s pre-purchase inspection: Scheduled during
your option period, prior to closing on either a new or
existing home, the inspection report gives you, the buyer,
information needed to negotiate any repairs and to
budget for future maintenance.
Seller’s pre-listing inspection: May be completed prior
to listing or selling the home to give you, the current
owner, an idea of items needing repair. A pre-listing
inspection may help inspire confidence in prospective
buyers and may help speed the sales process.
New home warranty inspection: Typically scheduled
before the 12th month of ownership, the inspection
provides you, the new home owner, with an objective
inspection before the builder's warranty expires to help
you address any repair issues with your builder. If repairs
are not needed, it provides peace of mind regarding the
quality of your new home.
New construction draw inspections: Typically
ordered by lenders during the construction process. We
inspect the home at various stages in the building
process to allow for the release of funding to the builder.
Commercial building inspections: Light commercial,
bed-and-breakfast, and multi-unit residential inspections
